The TPS Relief website serves as a platform to support the re-designation and extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somalia and Yemen. The purpose is to uplift stories and provide resources to help Somali and Yemen nationals on TPS in the United States.

Know Your Rights

Temporary Protected Status allows nationals to live and work in the United States. Persons who are on TPS must still be aware of their rights when interacting with all law enforcement, particularly immigration enforcement.
If you are a TPS beneficiary or know a TPS beneficiary whom status may expire in September 2018 because they are a national of Yemen or Somalia, below are some helpful resources to aid these individuals in navigating next steps and what options may be available.
All TPS beneficiaries should consult with an immigration attorney about the particular facts of their case.
